HengDrive has a professional and efficient R&D team, divided into a R&D center, a technical engineering department, and a transmission technology group. The R&D center focuses on fundamental innovation from 0 to 1, the technical engineering department achieves industrialization from 1 to 100, and the transmission technology team specializes in customized solutions such as planetary transmission and worm gear. The collaborative innovation of the three major teams has formed a full chain R&D system of "cutting-edge research technology transformation product customization". It has strong technological breakthroughs and rapid response capabilities in the field of motors and transmissions, and continues to provide customers with high-performance and high reliability product solutions.


Well developed laboratory
HengDrive has a well-equipped laboratory and advanced testing and validation equipment to meet diverse research and development needs. The laboratory provides comprehensive performance testing, durability life testing, as well as specialized testing for air volume, pressure, gear accuracy, and other related aspects of motors. In addition, it also has special testing capabilities, including rigorous environmental experiments (high and low temperature, cold and hot shock), professional level acoustic experiments (noise analysis), reliability experiments, and corrosion resistance tests (salt spray, acid-base environment). For the automotive field, the laboratory also provides specialized component vibration testing and professional equipment testing such as water pumps and oil pumps. HengDrive ensures the high performance and reliability of its products through comprehensive testing and verification services, providing strong technical support to customers.
Smart Factory
We have three production workshops and over 30 lean production lines (including automated and semi-automated lines), with a monthly production capacity of 1.2 million units. Leveraging our self-developed automation equipment, software, and specialized fixtures, we are able to deliver rapid sample manufacturing within 5 to 15 days and fast mass production delivery within 15 to 30 days. Through our ERP enterprise resource management system and the standardization and interchangeability of components, equipment, and production lines, we ensure efficient coordination and quick responsiveness, greatly enhancing production efficiency and providing customers with agile delivery assurance from sample to mass production.

We have a well-established quality team and strictly comply with the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards, while fully implementing 6S site management. Through the Continuous Improvement Plan (HCIP) and Cross-Functional Team (CFT) focused on specific quality goals, we systematically drive quality improvement.
